Abigail Chen, Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology student, represented FSSH, TAR UMT at SIC 2025.

The faculty has received an invitation from Thaksin University (TSU), Thailand, for TAR UMT students to attend the TSU International Social Innovation Camp (TSU SIC) 2025. The camp was designed to foster students’ learning and creativity through problem-based learning activities and to promote the acquisition of international languages and cultural understanding.

Participants from diverse countries, including Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Japan, Vietnam, Laos, and Malaysia came together and exchanged insights on psychological principles, aquaculture knowledge and marketing strategies.
